Celebrate and Honor the Lord for all the Mothers this month

The month of May is the fifth month of the year. The number 5 symbolizes God’s grace,

goodness and favor. The Ten Commandments contains two sets of five. The first five commandments are related to our treatment and relationship with God and the last five concern our relationships with others. (Biblestudy.org)

Let us remember as Mother’s Day approaches, when we celebrate and honor the Lord for all the mothers this month, on how our Lord blessed us with His grace and goodness. So we may share with the mothers the same goodness and grace.

Out of His fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. John 1:16

There’s an old saying,” April showers bring May flowers.” As we end the month of April and enter the month of May, let us remember our blossoming youth in the Y.P.D (Young Peoples Department) in their annual Green and White Pageant Saturday, May 20th at the Carson Center in Carson, California. The colors are forest green and white. The color green is symbolic of growth and vitality. The color white represents purity, light and faith. The Motto is, ‘Grow, Glow, and Go for Christ.’ Let us continue to encourage our youth to grow in Christ, Glow in the spirit and go with the Lord.

Heavenly Father we thank you for giving us your grace that transcends beyond our human measures. Heavenly Father we thank you for your goodness and favor you shower upon us without merit. Heavenly Father we ask you to help us train up your children that when they get old they will not depart from you (Proverbs 22:6). We pray they will grow and glow in You. In Jesus name, Amen
